I wanted to inquire about the Shea Butter Leave-In Conditioner, as it has been out of stock for quite some time and I usually order this product on a regular basis? I have ordered it from other sites, so I know it is still being made and shipped, just not from your site. I prefer to do all of my shopping through your site, since I have been very pleased in the past with your company and service. Thank you

We are very sorry about the issues with this and other SheaMoisture/Nubian Heritage products. We are one of their largest on-line sellers and communicate with them several times a week. We always have an order in for this product. But, quite often it simply is not available. Other retailers may have stock of the item at different times. Since we are known as a major supplier of their products, it often sells out very quickly when we do get it. We do offer an alternative, our Treasured Locks Nourishing Shea Butter Leave-In Conditioner.
